Projectmanagement of CLC.at was a central point during the organisation of the FIFA Women's WorldCup in Germany in 2011. The Organising Committee handed over the overall coordination of access control during this tournament to CLC.at. This included the definition of processes, the technical concept and the quality assurance and operations during the tournament. 4 week, 9 stadia and 32 matches later we achieved the goals. We stayed within budget and with a perfect team we brought this project to success.
