Together with Christof Ehlen of Christof Ehlen Consulting (Germany) we ensured an operation nearly free of faults and obstacles during the handling of the visitors in 10 stadia.
4 weeks, 10 stadia and 64 matches later we proofed that a team with the right people on the right places a project even with the worst beginning can succeed in the end.
